Delta Customization (Tabs + Theme + QoL)

* Saves your Delta tabs (script1.lua, script2.lua, etc.) to files and auto-loads their code.

* Replaces Delta’s draggable icon system with a smoother drag system and optional RGB outline toggle inside the settings menu.

* Adds new settings for sidebar colors: active/inactive button colors and a 2-color gradient, all with C/D toggles and saved to DeltaCustom/Colors.json.

* Adds a “Copy Code” button to the executor, and a fixed ping display
