Fistborn Auto-Training Macro (PC Only)
​This is a simple and effective auto-training macro designed for PC players. It requires no exploits to function and is packaged as a user-friendly .exe file for your convenience.

​Key Features

​Automated Training: Works for Treadmill, Pull-ups, Curls, and Weight Machines. A separate version for Pattern Training is also available. ​Automatic Consumable Use: Automatically uses items like BCAA, Protein Shakes, or Energy Drinks. Simply place two of them in inventory slots 4 and 5.

​Automatic Feeding: Prevents your character from starving. Place your food items in inventory slots 6, 7, 8, and 9, and the macro will use them when needed.

​AFK Protection: If your training session fails for any reason, the macro will automatically close the game. This prevents you from being repeatedly killed or griefed while you are away from your keyboard.

​How to Use
-​Download the folder containing the .exe file and the Pic subfolder.
-​Extract the contents and ensure that fast_auto.exe and the Pic folder are in the same directory.
-​Run fast_auto.exe. A small GUI window will open.
-​In the game, go to a training station (treadmill, etc.) and begin a session.
-​Press F8 to activate the macro. To stop it, press F8 again.

​Q: Why was this macro created?

A: As a free-to-play Fistborn player, I realized that manual farming was too time-consuming to be worthwhile. I developed this macro to automate the process for myself and others.

​Q: Why is it an .exe file?

A: It was compiled into an executable (.exe) to make it easy for anyone to use. This way, you don't need to install any external scripting software or use game exploits. ​


Q: Is this safe to use? What is the risk of being banned?

A: Officially, the game developers do not support third-party macros. However, this tool is designed to be as safe as possible. It does not inject code or exploit the game; it only simulates key presses and recognizes images on the screen, making it virtually undetectable. While no automation tool is 100% risk-free, the chances of a ban are extremely low. (For what it's worth, I have used this on an account with 1,000 TP and have never had a problem).

​Important Warnings & Notes

​Fail-Safe System: The macro has a built-in fail-safe. It constantly tries to detect the next key prompt on the screen. If it fails to find the prompt after 400 attempts (e.g., the game lags, freezes, or the window is covered), it will automatically close the game to prevent errors. You can monitor the attempt count in the command window.

​Deactivate When Not Training: Always press F8 to turn the macro off when you are finished training. Leaving it active will trigger the fail-safe and close your game. ​Auto-Feeding Requirement: For the auto-feeding feature to work correctly, you must start the macro with your character's hunger bar completely full.
